The house was nice and just as described. It is a close walk to the beach and the neighborhood is nice and peaceful. House was super clean and had plenty of space. We did have a power outage and no fault to Sean and Lindsey and he was very helpful even so early in the morning. I would definitely recommend staying here! You will not be disappointed!!

Nice place to stay within walking distance of the beach. Right near the finish line for the Ragnar Relay we participated in, so that was very convenient for easy parking and cleaning up post race.

We loved our stay here! The house was a perfect size for our family. They had a crib on-site for the baby, which was super helpful, especially for packing purposes! The backyard was fantastic. The pool was clean, and the hot tub was easy to work! Lastly, the host was very easy to communicate with, and was proactive in checking in on us to ensure everything was to our liking!

We had a great time at their place! The kids loved the pool and they had everything that we needed while we were there! Sean was very helpful and they sent instructions beforehand on how to use everything and made checking in and out very simple!

Sean and his family were amazing hosts. We had a small issue with the AC, but Sean was quick to answer our questions and remedied the situation. They were super responsive and helpful. I would definitely stay here again!

This was our first time staying at this Airbnb in Austin and it exceeded expectations. Sean, the host, was super responsive and easy to communicate with throughout our stay. The hot tub and pool were definite highlights and made for a relaxing experience. Check-in and check-out were smooth and hassle-free. Sean was very accommodating, which made everything even better. Would definitely stay here again!

We really loved this house! The pool and hot tub were awesome and the kids loved it. It was also close to downtown Austin as well at Zilker park and Barton Springs Mall. We definitely recommend the home and will use it again in the future. The hosts were also super helpful and responsive to any questions we had.

My whole group and I had a fantastic stay!!! Our hosts Sean, Lindsey and baby J were great! I mostly communicated with Sean, whose responses were always timely and very helpful, especially when I locked myself out. The place was neat and clean and had a great playroom. My granddaughter loved it. I will definitely come back and would recommend this place for a great time. Janet DeMonaco

This home is splendid on every level! The Hosts were super responsive, very nice people, and the house is even better than in the photos! Both inside and out. From the furniture to the kitchen to the absolutely beautiful, and Very Large balconies…this special home is surrounded on 3 sides by Water!! So you get a Sunrise and Sunset view each day!! Pretty Magical! Nature is everywhere…so many different bird calls, and the Osprey Family Nest with Mama, Papa and Baby Osprey is in full view from inside of the house and on both the Upper Balcony off the Main Bedroom as well as the Lower Balcony off the kitchen and screened Patio. It provided hours of peaceful entertainment! All of this surrounded by manicured lawns, with golf course views. It’s the best of both worlds! I very much look forward to staying again!
