There is also a washer and dryer & iron and ironing board that you are welcome to use. ★★DINING AREA★★ There are multiple indoor dining areas (kitchen table and bar seating), and even outdoor picnic tables if you want to eat outside and take in the view!!!

✖ Must be 25 or older to book ✖ No Parties or Large Gatherings - we want you to have an amazing time at the home, but we also want to make sure we remain good neighbors, so please respect the quiet hours of 10:00pm - 8:00am and move the fun inside at night. ✖ For your security, a Ring Floodlight Security Camera is located at the front of the cabin and overlooks the porch & parking area. *Your privacy is extremely important to us - We never watch or listen to the footage unless we get a complaint or the property is damaged. There is also a device that monitors noise levels but doesn't record audio (NoiseAware). ✖ This is our family home so please treat it with respect and return it in the same condition you found it. ★★Have a blast but again, please be respectful of the home and the neighbors. ...this place is AMAZING, just check out the photos! ★★RESTAURANTS★★ You'll be a short drive from The Island @ Pigeon Forge, Gatlinburg, and Sevierville so you'll have a ton of great options nearby and we will tell you which we recommend. ★★HIKING★★ We will let you know about some of our favorite hiking spots so you can get pictures you'll always treasure! ★★GETTING HERE★★ Though the drive from town is short, you'll have to drive on a couple of windy turns and one steep stretch to reach the cabin. It's all paved and you'll have no issues in a 2WD vehicle during most conditions*. After you make the drive once, you'll be a pro! *If it's raining, we'd recommend 4WD/AWD, as the roads may be slick. **If it's snowing or icy, 4WD/AWD is required to get to the cabin. Please keep in mind we do not offer weather-related refunds. ★★PARKING★★ There is a 4-vehicle parking maximum in front of the cabin and on the roadside before it. During the busy season, it can be tight so we recommend piling in when planning your trip. ★★WIFI★★ There is reliable high-speed internet at the cabin and it is the fastest available in the area. Speed tests are consistently 75+ Mbps but it can vary at times because, well, we’re on the side of a mountain. If your group is planning to spend most of the time streaming movies on the 7 Roku TVs throughout the cabin at the same time, this may not be the best place for y’all – sorry! ★★By booking with us you have up to $2,500 in "Whoops Protection"★★ We still expect you to treat our home with respect (your review will be based on this) but if something breaks during your stay, this “Whoops Protection” will likely cover the cost.
