✖ Must be 25 or older to book ✖ No Parties or Large Gatherings - we want you to have an amazing time at the home, but we also want to make sure we remain good neighbors, so please respect the quiet hours of 10:00 pm - 8 am and move the fun inside at night. ✖ For your security, a Ring Floodlight Security Camera is located at the front of the home and overlooks the porch & parking area.*Your privacy is extremely important to us - We never watch or listen to the footage unless we get a complaint or the property is damaged. There is also a device that monitors noise levels but doesn't record audio (NoiseAware). ✖ This is our family home so please treat it with respect and return it in the same condition you found it. ★★Have a blast but again, please be respectful of the home and the neighbors.
