There is also an awesome fully enclosed backyard with a ton of seating, green egg grill, and string lights. ★Simple Check-In and Digital Guidebook★ We have traveled all over and know the struggles of navigating a new place for the first time and trying to find an Airbnb late at night after a long day of travel - that is why we provide a very easy self check-in that includes pictures and videos so you won't feel like are in the middle of a scavenger hunt.....we also have pictures of how everything works in the home so you'll never wonder "how does this thing turn on". ★SLEEPING ACCOMMODATIONS★ We can sleep 4 people total! Bedroom 1: Queen Bed Bedroom 2: Queen Bed Living Room: Couch + Queen Sized Air Mattress ★LIVING AREA★ The living area features a comfortable sofa & a huge Smart TV (Apple TV) w/ access to Netflix, Hulu, Prime Video, Apple TV + etc - just put in your password and you'll be all set. ★KITCHEN★ You will have everything you need to make meals for your group - pots/pans, olive oil, salt/pepper & a lot of kitchen gadgets so you can let your cooking imagination run wild! We also have a coffee maker for you to use (Keurig & Drip Coffee) + all of the pots and pans you will need. ★2 BATHROOMS★ There is 1 Full bathroom located in the hallway next to the Bedroom with the Murphy bed + another Full Bathroom in the Master Bedroom. We have a noise monitor on the property that reads noise levels after 10 pm to help us remain great neighbors - it doesn't record audio so your privacy is safe......It will just let us know if there is a party that could be disruptive to our neighborhood which will allow us to contact you to remind you to be respectful of noise.
